Checkup

I took little miss khloe to a checkup today and at 8 months she only weighs 13lbs. The dr is a little concerned so we will be going in again next month for another weight check. Im hoping she magically gains a little so the dr quits giving me the third degree! She eats all day long, what else can i do?!

On another note, she is so close to crawling. She made some progress today and learned that if she just keeps putting her knees under her then scooching forward then repeats the process she can get somewhere. Now all she needs to do is add the arms and she'll have it mastered!

Also Ashton said the cutest thing today: Mom you did such a good job picking Khloe out. You picked the beautifulist baby there was! Im so glad shes my sissy.

Can you get any cuter than that! I just love the things they say!

Getting so big

My baby girl turned 8 months old yesterday! She is growing up so fast. I swear i just had her yesterday! Shes been learning so much lately. In the last couple months shes learned to sit up on her own, her first word was dada, followed by hi, baba, and papa. No mama yet little stinker! Right now shes working on the crawling thing. she gets her little legs under her and her bum up in the air but doenst quite know what to do with her arms yet. It wont be long before shes mastered it! Its amazing how quickly time flys. We just celebrated Noahs 2nd birthday a few months ago, then Ashton's 5th birthday last month and now in a few months we will be celebrating Khloe's 1st birthday. It just reminds me that i need to treasure every single moment i have with my children.

Hop 2 It

We took the kids to Hop 2 It lastnight. It was much needed time out of the house. They wore off all there energy and we had a ton of fun going down the slides with them. This is definaltley there new favorite place! Its so nice to having somewhere to take the kids to play in the winter. Daddy called and wants to do it again tonight!

Ryan and i decided to put Ashton in Tae Kwon Do in September. He was a little nervous at first since he'd never been in a class like this. After about a month we were going to take him out since he just didnt seem interested but the instructor recommended giving him a little more time. Im sure glad we did cuz now he loves it. Its awsome seeing how seriously he takes it now and how hard he practices!! He got to test at the beginning of February and not only did he earn his low yellow belt he earned a decision stripe that made him senior student! We are so proud of him. When they test its based on a point system and as long as they get enough points they can move up a belt but sometimes students go above and beyond and get a perfect score and thats how ash got his decision strip. He just cant wait to be a black belt! Now hes hard at work learning his form to get his high yellow belt.

Valentines Day Fun

I helped the boys make valentines for daddy, grandma, nana kathy, and nana laurie. We delivered them on valentines day. The boys had a ton of fun. We also went to nana laurie's house to decorate sugar cookies. They're such good cookie decorators!
